La Matha is normally available for rent on a weekly basis, starting and ending on a Saturday for the prices shown in the table below. Exceptionally, we may be able to rent the property for a weekend, or other period.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements or to agree a price in GBP.

There are no additional extras to pay. Towels (including pool towels), linen, electricity and cleaning are all included.

At the time of booking, we will require a holding deposit of 15% of the agreed price in order to guarantee your reservation.  Payment of the balance, together with a security deposit of €350 or £250 should be made 5 weeks before the holiday.  The security deposit will be returned after the holiday less any charges for breakages etc.
