La Matha is an old stone built converted barn set away from the road amongst vineyards.  It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious living accommodation.

Downstairs consists of a large open plan space containing distinct kitchen, dining and sitting areas.  Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and a family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave oven.  There is also a washing machine in the utility room.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one double and one with three beds.  The triple bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a toilet.  A travel cot is also available.

Outside there is a 10m by 5m swimming pool and a covered terrace with a barbecue and outdoor dining table and chairs.  There are also sun loungers available by the pool.  The pool is fenced in, and there is a safety alarm which complies with French safety requirements.

The garden is a good size for kids to run around in, and is safe and secluded - the property is more than 100m from the road.

No smoking is allowed in the house, and no pets are allowed.
